Rebecca Finnegan - Institutional Grants Manager

Rebecca joined Front Line Defenders as Institutional Grants Manager in June 2023. She has 10 years experience working in human rights with a particular focus on Latin America and previously worked in Mexico with Article 19 and Peace Brigades International, both of which support HRDs and journalists at risk. From 2014-2015, Rebecca was also the Frank Jennings Fellow at Front Line Defenders.
